Things are SUPER crazy as I am not feeling well and we are trying to get ready to go to Kentucky to visit some good friends. However, today was an especially important day as the Miller clan welcomed it's newest member into the family. Evelyn Grace ( I am not positive about the middle name, but that seems right) Bowman was born to Brian's sister this afternoon. She was 7 lbs 10.5 ounces and 19 inches long. She is so beautiful! It is hard to believe that Johanna was once that small. It was so nice to hold her tiny sleeping body. Imagine that- a baby who falls asleep while you are holding them- I haven't experienced that in a LLOOOOONNNGGGG time!! Anyhoo, I need to go to bed, but I wanted to welcome baby Evelyn into this world and tell her how very much we love her. Congratulations to the proud parents, Margaret and Mike, as well as the older siblings Claire and James. You have a beautiful family! Here are some photos from today. FYI- Yes, that is Johanna stealing Evelyn's hat in the last two pics. I think she is jealous because Evelyn has almost as much hair as Johanna. The other folks (left to right) are Brian's sisters Stephanie and Carrie.
